The Cumbria Association of Local Councils (CALC) is delighted to invite organisations to participate in our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 10 October 2026, from 9:30am to 2:00pm, at the Roundthorn Country House Hotel, Penrith.
This event brings together councillors, clerks and local council representatives from across Cumbria, providing an excellent opportunity to promote your services and connect with key decision-makers within the local government sector.
Exhibition Opportunities
We have dedicated exhibition space available within the main meeting room, allowing exhibitors to engage directly with attendees throughout the event.

Annual Report Advertising
Our Annual Report is distributed to all CALC member councils across Cumbria, offering valuable exposure to local government stakeholders.
